• Embodied Awakening Academy Blog - This is the school I have been studying with. All of the teachers are brilliant. Chantelle is an absolute master at the human condition. All of her blog posts are incredible. Sign up for their email list too. If you can catch an event anywhere in the world, I would recommend it 1000x over. 

• Mama Gena - A post about boundary setting. We all need it.
